Keto Taco soup combines hamburgers or sausages, cheese and cream Rotel with spices and texture to make a low-carb Mexican meal. This soup is literally similar to a crisso dipping sauce and you can eat it with a spoon without judgment.

Love simple recipes that don’t require many steps, dishes or ingredients that are hard to find. I think this is why I was drawn to a simple taco soup recipe. Low-carb taco-taco soup requires five simple ingredients and several hours of sewing time to give you a delicious soup for lunch or dinner. However, if you have a short time or if Instant Pot users don’t like to use Crockpot, I can also use Instant Taco Soup.

Five components. Well, if the spice mass is divided into one component, there are five. These are soup things, with your favorite spices. But this is the key element.

Brown sausage first. We use a mixture of hot sausage and ground ham. You can easily use breakfast sausages here and even minced meat. When the meat is brown, add cream cheese, rutile, and taco seasoning to the pottery. When it comes to taco seasonings, I made my own spices with garlic salt, adobo spices and mexican paprika. You can use taco seasonings in your meat just like making tortilla. But if you are a carb counter, check out the carb count!

Mix the brown meat with cheese, Rotel, and spice and spices to rise in the pan. Stir and pour in the chicken broth. You may want to add a little soup at a time to determine how weak the soup is. Cook for 2 to 3 hours, or cook for 4 to 6 hours.

As one of my friends who tried this recipe said, this looks like a thick soup! Seriously, life is much better than eating and disposing of a quizo. Aside from filling the cheese with the cream, I continued to serve, shred it, chop it, stir it in the dried coriander, and serve. If you have fresh coriander, you can always use fresh coriander. If someone does not trybe low-carb, go ahead and let them use tortilla chips too.
