Fully Loaded Burger Bowls

As everyone knows, summer is Hamburg time. There is nothing better than tasty and juicy burgers that can be cooked on the grill with our favorite bacon, cheese and some delicious fried mushrooms.

Of course, there is something else with traditional burgers: bread. For anyone trying to avoid carbohydrates, this could spoil a whole meal.

So for everyone who avoids carbohydrates, I’ve come up with a whole new way to enjoy a bread-free burger. Alternatively, you can taste all the toppings in a burger!

Instead of cutting beef into small pies, shape it in a small bowl and fill it with cheese, mushrooms, and bacon. Then put the whole bowl on a baking sheet and bake for half an hour under the aluminum foil tent until all the meat juice is mixed with this delicious layer. You can add barbecue sauce, farm seasoning, chives or three.

This is another advantage: you don’t have to wait while the weather is roasting. These loaded burger bowls are a nice rainy day!
