Keto Sausage Cream Cheese Rolls


The simple Keto Sausage cream cheese rolls are filled with sausage and cream cheese! Quito breakfast is perfect or gluten-free!

This is our new favorite! I tried this recipe in several different ways, and my original Keto Sausage Hot Pockets plan was perfect for breakfast or lunch. Don’t worry, I have thousands of hot keto recipes to choose from, but it’s definitely the perfect choice for a windmill! This Keto Sausage bread is perfect for breakfast, food preparation, simple dinners and even appetizers! Keto Dough is your primary fat dough spin. I have tried many variations and found that this is the most reliable one. I use almond flour, flaxseed flour, cream cheese, mozzarella and eggs. The crust reminds me of pastry dough, it is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It is also very flexible and easy to use.

Here is our method:
Put the cream cheese and mozzarella in a bowl sealed in a microwave, heat them in increments for 30 seconds, and stir until they are well-dissolved and mixed well. Add almond flour and flaxseed flour. I usually mix it with a spoon until completely mixed, then knead with hand like the traditional dough. Roll the dough or press the rectangle, and spread the sausage and cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
Take the long side of the dough and fold it slightly, which helps to keep the filling inside the mill at the ends, then from the short end, wrap it tightly together.

Put the rolls in the refrigerator or freezer for a few minutes to harden them, then carefully cut them into thin slices (less than two fingers wide) with a sharp knife, making sure not to cut them too thick because the dough will never happen crunchy and put them in the oven!   1. 1/2 pound cooked breakfast sausage, drained
  2. 2 cups shredded mozzarealla cheese
  3. 3/4 cup almond flour
  4. 2 ounces cream cheese
  5. For the Filling:
  6. 2 tablespoons ground flax meal
  7. For the Rolls
  8. 3 ounces of cream cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. For the Rolls:
  3. In a microwave proof mixing bowl combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Heat in 30 second increments, stirring in between until completely melted. Add the almond flour and ground flax meal.
  4. Mix the dough well until you have a soft ball
  5. Between two silicone baking mats or parchment paper roll the dough into a rectangle roughly 12×9.
  6. For the filling:
  7. Combine the sausage and cream cheese.
  8. Spread the sausage cream cheese mixture evenly on the dough.
  9. Starting at one end roll the dough as tightly as you can into a log.
  10. Slice into rolls about the width of two fingers, be careful not to slice them too thick because it will be difficult for the dough in the center to cook through.
  11. Place the rolls on a greased baking sheet.
  12. Bake 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
